all started
The STACK Method™ wasn't built in a classroom. It was built inside real businesses, under real pressure, solving real operational problems.
THE BEGINNING
I didn't start in consulting. I started inside — as an operator, a team lead, a COO. I've sat in the chair that founders sit in when they realize their business has outgrown how they built it.
Over a decade working inside real estate, lending, and investment companies — managing teams of 100+ agents and portfolios of 90+ units — I learned one thing faster than anything else: systems don't fix themselves, and founders can't scale what only exists in their heads.

WHAT I KEPT SEEING
The same five gaps kept showing up in every organization: no clear strategy, no role ownership, no repeatable workflows, no execution cadence, no shared scoreboard. Businesses were running on effort and personality instead of systems and structure.
Tools weren't the answer. More hires weren't the answer. The answer was always architecture. A complete Business Operating System that could run without the founder being the glue holding everything together.
WHY I BUILT STACK
I built the STACK Method™ because I kept seeing founders try to solve structural problems with tactical solutions. They'd buy another tool, hire another person, attend another workshop — and still come back six months later with the same operational chaos.
STACK is the framework I wish I could have handed every founder I worked with. Five layers. One operating system. Built in the right order, for the right reasons. Not because it's elegant — because it works.
HOW I WORK
I work selectively. I take on the founders who are ready — not just interested, but ready to do the structural work that lasting operational change requires. I don't do fluffy discovery phases or endless strategy decks. We identify what's broken, we build what's missing, and we hand it off to your team.
My goal is always the same: leave your business more capable than I found it — with systems that run without me, and without you as the constant variable.
